Dear Customers,

Over the course of the next few weeks, Humza Amani and Visco Therapy's Sales and Accounts offices will be merging under one roof and Accounts system.

As you may gather, Humza Amani has ran separately from Visco Therapy since its inception however, in an effort to improve on efficiency, communication and costs internally to the company and to all customers, Sales and Accounts will be merged together.

To do this though, we are going to be starting a new system for dealing with our sales. Any past sales and accounts can still be accessed. Should the need arise however to access older information, it may taker a little longer to respond/resolve whilst this merger is taking place.

Currently, only Humza Amani will be moving to the new system. Visco Therapy will be moving very soon.

We have tried our best to transfer existing products, customer information and other information to the new system but if you find any information which is incorrect, please could you notify us so we can investigate and fix any errors.

Remember, after 22nd December 2011, our new system and contact information will be in effect for Humza Amani only. Visco Therapy will still be on the old system for a short while but will soon move to the new system very soon. You will be informed of when this will happen.

Christmas is upon us! Please find below our dates of closure for processing orders:

• Last date for deliveries: 23rd Dec
• Last date for dispatches from Humza Amani: 21st Dec
• Humza Amani Offices Close from 22nd Dec, reopen on 3rd Jan
• XDP deliveries start on 3rd Jan for England and Wales. 4th for Scotland

Though our offices will be closed between the 22nd Dec till the 3rd Jan, we would greatly appreciate that all customers to send your orders to us so they can be packed and ready to be shipped (our warehouse staff will be packing orders on the 28th till the 30th Dec). Any orders received on the 3rd and 4th Jan could be delayed due to high volume of orders to process.

To all Customers,

Visco Therapy has informed us that they have discontinued their light blue coloured futon mattress in all sizes (1 seater, 2 seatear & 3 seater).

This means our offerings of the light blue futon mattress with futon frames has also been discontinued.

Futon mattress in other colours are still available for sale.
